Tiny Tummeaz: Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tiny Tummeaz ("we," "us," "our") websites, checkout, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Product Safety & Care
Tiny Tummeaz products contain magnets. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the Washing & Care Guide. We are not liable for diminished magnet strength or product damage due to improper care (e.g., high-heat washing, high-heat drying, or ironing) or misuse of the product.
3. Products & Orders
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders. All sales are subject to our Returns or Replacement Policy.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Chargebacks and disputes are subject to the card issuer's and our internal policies.
5. Shipping & Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or failures due to carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tummeaz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
7. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of [Your State], saving you and the company the cost of traditional litigation.
